To accomplish our delivery goal, MMP uses a completely computerized 23 module ERP and shop floor control system (DBA Manufacturing Software) that controls inventory at all stages of raw materials, work-in-process (work centers) and finished goods levels. This system is integrated into MRP to control raw materials and Distribution to monitor finished goods inventories, storage and transportation.
This ERP system coupled with MMP’s intranet and linked website allows unparalleled information sharing on pending orders and inventory status. Similarly, MMP has extensive tools and capabilities to link into your logistical system to streamline order flows and inventory requirements.
